Where are Glasshouse Fragrances products made?
All of our candles, diffusers, and bath and body products are designed and manufactured in Australia using high-quality ingredients and artisanal techniques.
What is the best way to care for my candle?
To ensure an even burn, always trim your wick to 7mm before lighting and allow the wax to melt to the edge of the glass on the first burn. Do not burn for more than four hours at a time.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, we are proud to be a cruelty-free brand. None of our products or ingredients are tested on animals, and the majority of our range is vegan-friendly.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout if you need your fragrance fix sooner.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened products in their original packaging. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return.
Can I reuse my candle glass once the wax is gone?
Absolutely! Our bespoke glass jars are designed to be repurposed. Simply remove the remaining wax and wick base to use the jar for beauty storage, stationery, or decor.
